Use the platform before deciding — your first paid purchase is protected for 30 days, even after you use the AI tools and generate your application materials. Email billing@resumeannex.ai within 30 calendar days of that purchase and we refund it in full, including applicable taxes, to your original payment method. You can request it for any reason: you do not need to prove dissatisfaction or show anything about interviews or employer responses. One refund per customer, for your first eligible paid purchase. Renewals, later purchases, upgrades and add-ons are not covered by the voluntary guarantee.
